Yada, Yada, Yada… Here’s an interesting fact from the past year-plus:
The total value of real estate sold in 2008 from January through the end of July was $53.9 million.
The total value of real estate sold in 2009 during the same period was $53.3 million.
A difference of only 1%. And the beginning of this year was supposed to be way worse than last year.
Another example of real estate being local. Plus this shows that Wisconsin Rapids continues to have a strong backbone and cannot be easily shaken.
