Following is a short commercial break for Adam Holberg, First Weber agent and your internet marketing specialist… Thank you for reading!
Are you thinking of selling? This listing is how I’ll differentiate your home from the rest. Every other agent will get your home on the MLS, plus a bunch of other websites… that’s a given. Nothing special in that.
But, here’s the rub: all they’re doing is throwing your home into the same pot as every other listing in the area. How does that make you feel?
How is that actively sellingyour home?
My listings get sent off to the same websites as every other Wisconsin Rapids real estate agent. (Odds are the listings are automatically uploaded to the dozen or so other websites automatically, like they are here at First Weber) But the difference is I’ll spend my time promoting RapidsHome.com instead of the MLS listing. Ever tried remembering an MLS number? It’s not easy…
My goal is to send traffic to your listing… Not the MLS…
Ever went into a grocery store for “one thing?” How often do you come out with many more items? It’s the same idea with the MLS. A buyer goes there looking for your home, and the next thing they know they’ve found 4 homes, and not one is yours…
Want to talk about getting your home sold? Get in touch. Email is just fine…
Anyway, thanks for reading. Check the home out. I’d love to show you the home, send me an email and we can get you through the home at your convenience. Real estate is perking up in Wisconsin Rapids, so if you’re interested don’t wait long.
The ‘it’s better late than never’ edition of the Wisconsin Rapids market report… Thanks for your patience and for hanging in there.
It was a decent real estate month overall for our area. Nothing spectacular, but still very solid. The stat that’s a little odd this time a round is the average days on market for sold properties. Wisconsin Rapids had an average of 261 days (the high was 737 days). Nekoosa 302 days. While the lone Port Edwards home that sold was listed for 200 days. It’s weird how all three cities had abnormally high numbers at the same time… Read previous market reports.
Eighty two homes were added to our MLS this month. Including 43 homes in Wisconsin Rapids. That only means good things for prospective buyers. If you’re ready to start formally searching for homes, you know, moving from just online to getting in touch with an agent… Let me know and we can get you started.
Happy house hunting!

Let’s have some fun… plus a little demonstration in the ways of the net… I haven’t made direct contact with GoRapids.com outside of the links in this post… But, I predict that an employee of The Goodness Company will have read this post in less than a week… maybe two (hedging my bet a little).
I’m calling out GoRapids.com!
I would like that employee to leave a comment in this post for you, my readers. I would encourage that employee to leave a link or two to any pages you’d like us to read.
We’ll happily visit your links looking for new information about our favorite city.
I receive your emails about rentals that you have vacant… The least you could do is take a moment and say ‘hi.’
So lets sit back and watch how the internet works… Oh, and thank you in advance to whomever leaves us the excellent comment.
