My last post on the Wisconsin Rapids area real estate market got me thinking about a buyers wants and needs. As a seller what can you do to sway buyers from someone else’s home to yours?

With 477 homes currently for sale in the Wisconsin Rapids area, including 294 in the city limits of Wisconsin Rapids, greatness is what each and every buyer is looking for. What is it about your home that will make a buyer go through the loan process? To pack and unpack all their belongings? To have their children change schools?
You don’t have to have the best home amongst all the homes. But instead the best home under $125,000 or the best location or the most amenities or the best value. The list goes on.
