A Wisconsin Rapids native, I graduated from UW-Stevens Point with a Computer Science degree and an education license. After college I spent 7 years teaching middle school computer classes before making my career change into the real estate industry. While teaching I also owned an online FSBO website which helped home sellers advertise their homes to more buyers. This experience was extremely beneficial because it taught me how to maximize your homes presence through internet marketing.
Real estate has always been an interest and an industry in which I wanted to migrate. I’m extremely excited to use this real estate blog as a way to help you buy or sell your next home in the Wisconsin Rapids area.
Currently I’m engaged and live with my two cats, JoJo & Lucky, and my new golden retriever puppy, Miken. I love being active outdoors by either playing softball, exercising (I like Crossfit), biking, or with my new activity, gardening. You’ll also find me in the Duluth area a few times a year where I enjoy Lake Superior and visiting the local state parks.
This blog will be used to help educate you about all areas of Wisconsin Rapids real estate. The name, Wisconsin Rapids Real Estate School, is a play on my teaching background. I believe it works because the internet has provided you with more real estate information than at any other time. It’s my goal to provide you with the place for you to learn about and discuss buying or selling real estate in Wisconsin Rapids.
